2 walks both starting from Turton

This walk is 13 miles long, following mostly the Witton Weavers Way, starting at Turton Tower, North West of Jumbles Reservoir, the highest point is Cheetham Close at 329 meters, we pass Delph Reservoir, Belmont Reservoir and round to Turton and Entwistle Reservoirs. 10am.

As an alternative to the main walk, I will lead a shorter, more leisurely
walk of about 7-8 miles. We will set off from the same place, walk along
Jumbles Reservoir to Jumbles Country Park (coffees,ice cream and toilets
available). We then continue along the reservoir and past Wayho Reservoir. After
a lunch stop, we may take a short break at the famous Strawbury Duck pub.
We then head back to Turton Towers where they do lovely cream teas
if desired.
