We parked in
the old Thorpe Station free car park on the Tissington Trail.
Walk
Route: From the Tissington trail, W.
to Thorpe village, at Peveril of the Peak hotel, NE. following the Limestone
Way, through Tissington village, here we had 11ses and some visited the tea room. Then on to Parwich for lunch on the green, some visited the church and and the Sycamore pub.Then W. to meet the
Tissington trail S. on the trail, at Tissington main car park some had ice cream then
back to Thorpe Station Car Park.
Then
some visited the OLD DOG pub.
12 members enjoyed a warm day until 15:30 when we endured a very heavy shower.
