Walk Bakewell 20/01/2019

John E. led a walk from Bakewell W. to Sheldon, N. to Lees Bottom, N. to Brushfield Hough, E. to Monsall Trail, here some of the group returned to Bakewell via Great Longstone and some via Monsall Trail. On return most went to the Castle pub in Bakewell. 15 members 1 dog enjoyed a mostly misty still day 10 to 13 miles.

Walk Uppermill 06/01/2019

Harvey and Helen led a walk from the sport centre free car park at Uppermill. From Uppermill we went N, along Tame Valley Way to Diglea, S, to Running hill head, Pobgreen, E, Slades rocks  S, Obelisk, Pots and Pans, Greenfield return. 9 miles, 20 members and Jess the dog enjoyed a very misty still day and thus no photos.

Weekend at Moffat 29/12/2018 to 02/01/2019

Jack M. organised a new year long weekend at the independent hostel at Moffat. 40 people mostly from SWOG and a few from SWAG enjoyed the huge hostel with NO ONE ON TOP BUNKS.

Friday evening 29th most people self catered at the hostel. Some visited pubs.
Saturday 30th  3 different walks near Moffat. Saturday evening some ate out, some ate in, some went to the pub. Sunday 31st  3 different walks. Sunday evening 21 had Chinese take aways. Pubs Bands fire works in the town square.
Monday 1st lots of different walk variations . Monday evening most ate out at the Black Bull.
Tuesday 2nd a short walk from the hostel and the drive home.
