Twelve walkers enjoyed a fine sunny Spring day around Llangollen on Sunday. The walk started at Llantysilio Green near the Llangollen steam railway station at Berwyn. We walked over Velvet Hill and down to Valle Crucis Abbey before climbing up to the Offa's Dyke path which traverses the side of Eglwyseg Mountain and finally up to the summit of Dinas Bran with it's ruins which overlook Llangollen. We descended to the town for tea or ice creams before walking along the canal back to the Horseshoe Falls and car park. See photos attached.
