 Jack M. led a Wednesday evening walk from Rosehill, S. along Middlewood way, E. Marple canal, W. back onto Middlewood way, return .25 members endured a rainy evening.

 

Walk Birchover 07/05/2023

Chris H. led a walk from Birchover the Anders stone and Doll Tor were not accessible, we found Cork Stone, Stanton north and south stone circles, 9 Ladies stone circle, Kingstone, Earl Gray tower, Cat stone, Birchover Millenium stone, Robin Hoods stride the Hermits cave, we could see but not access 4 giant standing stones and Castle ring earthwork. 10 members 1 prospect enjoyed a warm day 7.5 miles.

Pub Night Turners Vaults 05/05/2023

At 20.00hrs 05/05/2023 John H. hosted a pub night.Turners Vaults was closed so after trying The Swan with 2 Necks (which was rammed full of people) we assembled in the Boars Head in Stockport Marketplace.

 At 19.30hrs Steve H. led a walk from High Lane, canal, Jacksons reserve, Middlewood way, canal. A mild evening 24 members, 3 prospects, 1 dog.
