Chris S. and Heather hosted a pub night at the Puss in Boots on Nangreave road Stockport. 15 met at 19.30 to eat then others joined us for drinks at 20.30.

At Hazel Grove Civic Hall at 20.00 Hrs. Author and lecturer Jim Williams gave us a cautionary talk about charlatans and confidence tricksters and their various modes of operations.

Walk to The Quiet Woman 11/10/2015

Paul and Pam led a linear walk from Buxton to Earl Sterndale with a stop for a drink at the Quiet Woman  pub, then back to Buxton by bus.

Pub night The Finger Post 09/10/2015

A late addition by e-mail to the published program . Campbell suggested the Finger Post pub in Offerton because Brian was playing Bass guitar to a ukeley group. They played 70s and 80 songs with several roxy music hits. The event was free with buckets they collected money for charity.

Pub night 02/10/2015

In a change to the program due to a band on at the Spinning Top. The Kingfisher pub at Poynton was the venue for our Friday pub night. Some decided to eat first . Weatherspoons provided their good choice of cheap food and drinks.
